FISHY TIP






The right kind of diet is the key to look gorgeous ..

If  you are  a non-vegetarian , include a lot of fish in your diet because they are a great source of vitamins A ,B1 , B12,and B6 ..

Fish also have omega three  fatty acids ,which are very beneficial to the skin , as well as the heart and brain

Also eat salmon for soft skin.. .
